Cargo containerization is a separate science. It is not enough to simply load the products: there are certain rules for their layout within the block using the protective materials that guarantee the safe transportation of the products.

Features and rules for cargo containerization
Initially, it should be noted that all cargo shall be delivered in a container that comes from the manufacturer. If for some reason the product comes unpacked, our specialists wrap it in soft protective materials. However this option is relevant only for some products.
Products can be sharp, hard, and unstable. In such cases, there is a risk of damage to a container itself. High-quality packaging is able to prevent various incidents during transportation. Before loading, the employees of P&B Terminal always prepare a block itself:
- cover the walls with cardboard;
- use shock-absorbing pads;
- cover a container with insulating film.
High-quality packaging of a container guarantees that the goods will not lose their properties even during long-term transportation. To prevent the loss of products and their damage, additional packaging is used: boxes, bags, seals, pallets, stretch film, scotch tape, strapping film and some other materials.
The goods inside a container should not move even with significant rocking on the road. Wooden blocks, inflatable elements and empty pallets are used to fill the free space. Sometimes, cargo crate, which is the most reliable packaging, is used. The method allows safe transportation of even fragile items
